Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
